And if you do not have neither credit card no cash, what are you going to do? Where are you going to find money in order to buy food or to purchase the educational literature? Only credit card gives you the privilege to buy those goods and at that very time, you want to.
However, if you can not consider yourself to be a responsible person, and if you are not sure that you are going to replenish the funds within your credit card in time, I recommend you not to obtain the credit card, as you are running the risk to get into the great troubles with the credit card in a shape of the bad credit.
